The charter contract complies with the MYBA (Mediterrenean Yacht Brokers Association) standards, which basically means:

  • The charter rates include the rental and insurance of the yacht as well as crew.
  • All other expenses, such as fuel costs, food and beverages for the charter clients, onboard communication fees, etc. will be charged additionally to the charter rate.
